Andrea knows what it takes to build something that works— because she's done it herself. A successful travel business owner and former Deputy Director of Operations at a major agency, she's spent the last five years helping both clients and fellow agents create systems that actually support the lives they want. She's known for her creative thinking, coaching-style leadership, and her ability to take a big, messy problem and figure out how to make it better-faster, smarter, and more efficient.
At Catalysts & Co., Andrea brings the big ideas and the heart behind the mission. She's passionate about helping business owners simplify, automate, and grow-because she's been in their shoes. As a mom of four, a part-time labor and delivery nurse, and a full-time systems whiz, Andrea knows firsthand how life-changing the right tools and support can be.

Casey Petter; Co-Founder

Casey's been building businesses since before she even realized it. From running a dairy farm to scaling her own multi-million-dollar travel business, she's no stranger to hard work, smart systems, and figuring it out from scratch. She later served as Director of Operations at a major agency, where she fine-tuned the skill she's best known for-making the complicated look easy. At Catalysts & Co., Casey is the one who takes big ideas and actually makes them happen.
She'll keep digging until she finds the right solution, and she doesn't stop until things work the way they should. She's passionate about helping fellow business owners simplify the chaos and automate the stuff that's slowing them down-because she knows firsthand how life-changing it is when your business finally works for you. Also? If you ever want to talk sports, she's your girl. Just don't expect her to sugarcoat anything-Casey keeps it real, always.
